President
Keiko has been a driving force of the agency for over 30 years and is integral to the company's success. Specializing in servicing Japanese clientele and experienced with life and disability insurance (including own specialty disability, non-can disability, own occ disability, and occupation disability), she prefers to work behind the scenes to grow and support the business. Keiko enjoys spending her time caring for her two dogs, Ichiro and Penny.

Steven Griswold
Vice President
Having joined the family business after graduating from USC in 2002, Steven quickly found the medical practice insurance industry a way to exercise his keen eye for details and natural aptitude for problem solving. Taking after his father in becoming a true expert in life, health, and disability insurance, he also specializes in program and benefit design for groups and associations. Steven has also inherited Bill’s uncanny ability to link together professionals together via the agency’s vast network of references. When not busy finding new ways for Griswold & Griswold to service our clients, he enjoys cooking, traveling with his wife, and photography.

Melissa Griswold
Business Development
Melissa is known as the "den mother” of the office because she makes sure that everyone connected to the agency – from clients to employees, are taken care of as if they were family. Some may call it customer service but she calls it common sense. With years of experience in marketing and business development, Melissa is singlehandedly responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for Griswold & Griswold. Melissa currently serves as the Board Director for the Palos Verdes Young Professionals, a division of the Palos Verdes Chamber of Commerce. Melissa's passions include traveling with her husband, spending quality time with her family and friends, and volunteering her time to take care of animals.

Jason Withee
